And through the survey project, I realized
that the teamwork is extremely important. But how can we achieve the high efficiency teamwork? I think the most important
thing is to show your respect on your partner’s ideas. Besides, you must learn how to express your own thinking and
have a good communication with your partner. Additionally, when it comes to practice, the team should make a good division
of work at the beginning.
For the research paper, a lot of work was
required to be carried out in the library. Through this process, I learned how to make use of the library computer, which
is very helpful for me to search the books I need. Besides, I also learned how to cite my sources in APA format. And I think
citing sources is not only a useful skill in university life, but also it is the responsibility that I should take for using
others’ achievements.
At the end, I think it is necessary to give
an advice to the next year’s students. And the advice is very simple: enjoy your projects with your teammates.

Before I undertook the projects, I was shy
and dared not take much responsibility in teamwork. However, through our first project - the survey project, I learned how
to cooperate with my partner and how to conduct the presentation. Thereafter, when our team was doing the rest projects,
I hardly felt nervous and I was even able to cope with the emergencies.
Thus, I think I become much more confident
and actually I am willing to exert myself to the group now. And I think all these progresses on me must be attributed to the
research projects.
Looking back on the projects I’ve done,
I think the biggest difficulty is that we don’t have enough time. However, with a good division of work, we have overcome
this hindrance.
